How do I register/sign up for Kaptain11?Once you are on Kaptain11 app or website, you can register by entering your email ID or mobile number and set a password for future logins. However, you can also instantly sign up with your Facebook or Google Account.
Why can't I login?You may encounter signup problems due to various reasons. The primary reason might be that you are entering an incorrect email address or password. If you have forgotten your password then there’s a ‘Forgot Password’ link available below the login option. By clicking on the Forgot Password link, you will be taken to a new webpage, where you can reset your password by entering the registered mobile number.Kaptain11 will immediately send an OTP to your registered mobile number and you can enter this OTP to reset your password.
Can I have multiple accounts with Kaptain11?No. A user is allowed to have only one account under his/her name.
Can I update/change my username and team name?Yes. You can change your username and team name to your liking. However, it may be noted that the user name can be changed only once, after which it cannot be changed again.
Can I update my personal information?You may update your personal information on the settings page.However, your registered email ID and/or registered mobile number (verified) cannot be modified. Please contact our customer support team in case you wish to change your registered mobile number or registered email ID.
How will I receive my winnings?Kaptain11 updates the final ranks and point at the end of every match. If a user participates in a paid contest and wins a cash prize, the winning amount is automatically credited to his/her Kaptain11 wallet from where the user can with withdraw or use it again for future contests.
When will my winnings be distributed?Kaptain11 declares the winners and distributes the winning amount a few hours after the end of each match. Kaptani11 team checks and verifies the scorecard of the live match, in order to ensure that correct points are awarded to the users.
Is KYC Verification necessary to join contests on Kaptain11?In order to join contests on Kaptain11, the users are required to verify at least their email address or mobile number. However, the user would not be allowed to withdraw any amount until and unless his/her account is KYC verified by the Kaptain11 team.
How do I get my account verified?You have to provide the following documents to complete your verification process.
- To verify your mobile number, please go to Settings → Personal Info → Enter your mobile number → Please click on Verify → enter OTP (Kaptain11 will send an OTP on your registered mobile number)
- To verify your email ID, please go to Settings → Personal Info → Enter your email ID → Click on Verify → Please enter OTP (Kaptain11 will send an OTP on your registered email ID)
- To verify your PAN card details, please go to Settings → PAN tab → Enter your details
- To verify your bank account details, please go to Settings → Bank tab → Enter your details.
Why do I need to provide my PAN card?Kaptain11 involves transaction and transfer of real money between your Kaptain11 account and your bank account. Thus, in order to make withdrawals from your Kaptain11 account, it is mandatory to verify your PAN Card details with Kaptain11 as a proof of identity. In case the user does not have a PAN Card, he/she can still play on Kaptain11 and the winning amounts will be deposited in the “Winnings” account of his/her wallet. Further, the user can withdraw the amount by applying for a PAN card in the meantime and verifying his/her PAN card details with Kaptain11.
Why did Kaptain11 reject my KYC?Your account verification with Kaptain11 may get rejected due to various reasons some of which are given below.The reason for rejection will be clearly communicated to you on your registered email ID or mobile number. It could be one of the following reasons, but not limited to:
- You have not uploaded your PAN Card as an identity proof mandatorily required for verification
- The PAN card number entered by you does not match with the PAN card details submitted at the time of verification request.
- The Date of Birth entered by you at the time of creating your Kaptain11 account does not match with the Date of Birth mentioned on the PAN Card submitted by you.
- Your name on the PAN card and on the bank account does not match.
- The IFSC code you have provided is either incorrect or does not belong to the bank branch mentioned for verification.
- The visibility or clarity factor of the documents uploaded by you is very low.
- The bank account number on the bank account proof uploaded by you for verification purpose does not match with the Bank account number entered by you in the verification request.
How do I add money?You can add cash to your Kaptain11 account by clicking on ‘Add Cash’ tab, enter the amount you wish to add and select a payment method. You may make the payment through Debit/Credit card, Net banking, Wallet, and UPI.
Can I add my Debit/Credit card for payment? Is it safe to enter my card details?
Yes, you can use any of your debit/credit cards (Visa/Master/Maestro) for payment. Kaptain11 uses secure and credible third-party payment gateways for transactions that use 3D secure authentication ensuring that it is safe to share your card details with Kaptain11. In addition, Kaptain11 does not store any of your card information, such as your CVV number or any other sensitive details.
What if the payment is deducted from my card but not updated in my Kaptain11 wallet?
This usually happens when there is a delay in communication among the parties involved in the transaction, primarily from the bank’s end. In such an event you can reach out to us via our ‘Support page’ with the screenshot of their card/bank statement showing the deduction from your card for our customer support team check and assist you regarding your concerns and queries.
What if my transaction fails and the amount is deducted from my bank account?When making a deposit to your account, if the transaction fails due to unknown reasons and the amount is deducted from your payment gateway wallet and not credited in your Kaptain11 user account, please contact the payment gateway on which you transacted to get the refund or alternatively you can contact our support team for assistance.
How long does it take for my deposited amount to be credited into my Kaptain11 account balance?
The account balance of your Kaptain11 will be updated immediately after you make a deposit to your account. In case the balance in your Kaptain11 account doesn’t get updated immediately, please reach out to us via our support page.
Can I add multiple debit/credit cards?
Yes, you can add any number of credit/debit cards to your account.
How do I check my balance?You may check your Kaptain11 account balance by clicking on ‘My wallet’ at the Menu option available at the top left corner of the screen. After clicking on the Menu option, please click on the My Account section for a detailed account balance, including the amount that you can withdraw.
How do I withdraw money?You are allowed to withdraw money from the “My Winnings” section of your Kaptain11 wallet only after you successfully complete the KYC verification process. You can withdraw a minimum of ₹200 and a maximum of ₹50,000 in a day. Further, the amount withdrawn will be deposited to your bank account within a time period of 2-3 days.
Can I withdraw the bonus earned from Kaptain11 promotions?The bonus issued to you will not be available to withdraw. However, you may withdraw the same once it is released to your ‘withdrawable bonus’ account (refer ‘Bonus’ terms & conditions)
How do I access my recent transactions?
You can access all your recent transactions in your ‘Recent Transactions’ page which can be accessed from your’ My Wallet’ page.
